Youth Baseball

On June 6, 1939, in the very first Little League game ever played, Lundy Lumber defeated Lycoming Dairy, 23-8. Lycoming Dairy came back to win the season’s first-half title, and faced second-half champ Lundy Lumber in a best-of-three series. Lycoming Dairy won the final game of the series, 3-2.

Today Little League Baseball consists of nearly 200,000 teams in every U.S. state and over 80 countries around the world.The Webb City Little League Baseball program has made its mark in that exclusive baseball community. In 2002 and 2015, the Webb City Little League All-Star Team represented Webb City and Midwest in the Little League World Series at Williamsport, Pennsylvania. We are one of the only communities in the country to produce two Little League World Series Teams. 

Games are typically played Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights.
